Jewellery Purchases and Website Images
Sea Glass products may not be identical to the images on the website. This is due to the uniqueness of the Sea Glass however, all products will be a very close likeness to the images on the website.

Packaging
All Periwinkle Beach Sea Glass Jewellery will come in a beautiful drawstring pouch with a small information card.

Payment
Online payments can be made via Paypal.

Posting/Shipping
All orders will be despatched within 3 working days, unless it is commissioned work, which will be discussed at the time of ordering.

Returns
If you are not happy with your order - you can return the product in a unworn, undamaged and within a saleable condition within 2 weeks for a replacement or a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please note that postage will not be refunded. If the product is damaged Periwinkle Beach Shop will not accept returns.
