Sea Glass is found on our beaches and takes a minimum of 20-40 years and often as much as 100 years to acquire its texture and shape from being naturally tumbled in surf and sand. There are examples that can date back as far as the 15th century   The historical context is often lost to the sea but it’s mere presence is a clue to the heritage and legacy of the location.

Living at the beach allows me to beachcomb and finding sea glass treasures is always exciting as no two pieces can ever be the same and if you’re very lucky you may find a piece with gas bubbles trapped in the glass meaning it is likely to be many hundreds of years old.

To share my good fortune with you I have created beautiful and unique pieces of jewellery and all would have a story to tell......
