Delivery Information

We offer FREE standard UK delivery on all orders!

For any orders that need to be shipped to an address outside of the UK, a shipping charge will be applied at the checkout. Please note, international delivery charges start from £12.50 and will be applied at the checkout depending on the size and weight of your order. Please allow 7-10 working days for any international orders.

We will always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 3 days. If you have purchased commission work with us, a timeframe for completion will be discussed with you at the time of ordering.

Packaging
All Periwinkle Jewellery will come in a beautiful drawstring pouch with a small information card.

Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your items from Periwinkle.

 

If for some reason you are not happy with your items, you can return them to us within 2 weeks of purchase for a refund or an exchange. All products must be unworn, in a saleable condition and in its original packaging. Please note, all earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
