I live in a historic coastal village called Lower Largo which is located in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife.  I am especially fortunate to share an idyllic family home with my husband Charles, which is situated right on the beach.

My background is in Silver jewellery and I soon realised that the wealth of materials available to me from my walks on the beach combined with my love of silver could result in beautiful pieces of unique jewellery.  Hence the setting up of Periwinkle Beach Shop.

The name Periwinkle was inspired by our very successful Holiday Let - Periwinkle Beach House  which was named because of the periwinkles that are collected on the beach in front of our properties.

All of the jewellery is hand-made with love for the product and love for the area that it represents.
